文卫马油田套管错断井的修复实践

Workover of wells with broken casing in Wenweima Oilfield

  • 摘要: 套管错断井修复技术是目前制约油田正常开发的瓶颈技术。针对文卫马油田?139.7 mm油层套管进行了套管错断井修复试验研究,分别进行了偏心拨套器、短套铣筒开喇叭口和套管错断井扶正3种修复实践。现场试验表明,这3种技术明显提高了套管错断事故井的修复成功率,具有技术简单易用、周期短、费用低的优点,有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Workover technology for wells with broken casing is the current bottleneck restricting normal development of oilfields. Workover test is conducted on ?139.7 mm inch casing in Wenweima Oilfield, three types of workover practice are conducted including the technology for workover of eccentric casing pulling machine, the technology for opening bell at the broken casing in short washover tool, and centralization of wells with broken casing. Field test shows that the three technologies significantly increase the success ratio of workover of wells with broken casing, they are easy to use, having short cycle and low cost.
