  • 摘要: 钻井废弃物处置方法日趋成熟,研究重点已从钻井废弃物处理转变为钻井废弃物的全过程管理。钻井废弃物管理信息系统,就是顺应这个要求而研发的,通过先进技术进行废弃物全过程管理信息的收集、存储、分析,并向管理人员提供有价值的信息。该系统以完善、全面的数据库作为信息依托,并结合信息管理系统(MIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、射频识别电子标签系统(RFID)、通用分组无线服务系统(GPRS)、数据库管理系统(DBMS),为钻井废弃物的全过程控制提供一个管理平台。

     

    Abstract: Nowadays the disposal methods of drilling wastes have become more mature. What needs to do now is not to treat the drilling wastes alone, but the cradle-to-tomb management of drilling wastes. It is based upon such requirement that the drilling waste management information system has been established. The system provides valuable information to managerial personnel by collecting, storing and analyzing the cradle-to-tomb waste management information. Based upon the complete and integrated database, it is a comprehensive information service system integrating information management system(IMS) with global positioning system(GPS), geography information system(GIS), radio frequency identification (RFID), general packet radio service(GPRS)and database management system(DBMS). The system provides a management platform for the cradle-to-tomb management of drilling wastes.
