注水井纳米降压增注工艺的应用与认识

Nano-injection technology application and understanding in injection wells

  • 摘要: 针对低渗、特低渗油藏注水井注水困难的问题,选用经化学改性、表面含有可与硅羟基结合的有机官能团的纳米聚硅材料,通过室内工艺评价及现场工艺应用,取得了单井视吸水指数平均增加593.37%、增注2359.3 m3的良好降压增注效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve high-pressure injection problems in low and very low permeability reservoirs, a kind of nano-poly silicon material, which is modified by chemical method and its surface contains Silicon-combining organic functional groups was selected.After a lot of laboratory tests and on-site tests, this kind of Nano-injection technology was applied to many injection wells in the two years 2009 and 2010. After the application, the average water absorption index of single injection well has increased 593.37% and the total injection volume has been up to 2359.3 cubic meters .
