Oil-water separate recovery technology with electric pump and jet pump in bottom water reservoir

  • 摘要: 吐哈油田底水油藏已进入中高含水开发期,前期抑锥技术虽然取得了一定效果,但由于技术自身原因无法推广应用,为此提出了电泵+喷射泵油水分采技术思路,利用电泵对水层进行强采消锥,并为喷射泵提供高压动力液,吸入油层流体并举升至地面。通过2年的技术攻关和现场试验,该技术已经成熟,满足了提高底水油藏技术可采储量和油水比灵活控制以及生产测试的要求,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Now the recovery percent of geological reserves is low, while that of the technically recoverable reserves is high in bottom water reservoir in Turpan-Hami Oilfield which has entered into a period of high water cut. Also some results are obtained by using prophase coning-inhibiting technology. However, the technology could not be applied widely due to its own reasons. In view of this, the oil-water production technology combining electric pump with jet pump is put forward. After two years of technological research and field test, the technology has been improved a lot, meeting the requirement of increasing technically recoverable reserves in bottom water oil reservoir, improving flexible control of oil-water ratio and production test. Good application results have been obtained.
