Application of new TAP multi-level hierarchical fracturing completion technique in low-permeability gas reservoir

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田现有的分层压裂工艺在薄而多气层段井有效开发上存在的局限性,长庆油田通过与斯伦贝谢公司合作在桃X井开展了国内第1口TAP完井多级分层压裂试验。该技术打破了常规套管射孔、油管连入分层工具完成3~4层的多层压裂的工艺思路,提出了将多个针对不同产层的TAP阀体与套管入井,一起固井,然后通过套管注入进行多层改造的一种完井分层改造工艺理念,其最大优势在于改造层数最高可达40级,可最大限度地增大储层纵向动用程度,同时可减少多层射孔费用,有效降低整井射孔费用。2009年该技术在长庆油田成功实施,取得了很好的效果,为国内低压、低产、多层系气田开采提供了一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: There are some limitations in the existing fracturing technology for effective development of thin layered gas reservoir segment in Sulige gas field. So Changqing Oilfield Company carries out cooperation with Schlumberger to launch China’s first TAP completion hierarchical fracturing test in Tao X well. The technology is not to follow the conventional ideal of multi-fracturing that successively traps in layered tools, but to firstly trip in TAP body and casing for different payzones to cement wells, and then to complete multi-fracturing by injecting with casing. The biggest advantage is that the reservoir could be explored vertically as much as possible, at the same time, the cost for multi-perforation could be reduced, and therefore the whole well perforation cost could be reduced effectively. In 2009, the technology was implemented successively in Changqing Oilfield and good results were obtained, providing some technological reference for the exploitation of domestic gas fields with low pressure and low yield as well as multiple series of strata.
