大庆深层气体钻井复杂事故影响因素与对策分析

Influencing factors and countermeasures for complex gas drilling incidents in deep formations of Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 采用气体钻井能够大幅度提高机械钻速,有利于勘探发现,但是由于气体钻井过程中出现了诸多的复杂情况和事故,导致缩短钻井周期的效果不明显,不能充分发挥气体钻井的作用。针对影响大庆深层气体钻井质量的地质和工程因素进行了分析,建立了气体钻井地层出水的预测方法和适合大庆深层的井壁稳定判别值,开发出地面监测系统,完善了相关技术措施,在现场实际应用中取得了较好的效果,对大庆油田气体钻井设计以及气体钻井技术的推广应用具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: Gas drilling could increase ROP substantially, which is conducive to exploration and discovery. However, a number of complex situations and incidents emerged during the process of gas drilling. As a result, there is little effect in shortening drilling cycle, and gas drilling is not yet fully effective. Geological and engineering factors that influence the quality of gas drilling in deep formations of Daqing Oilfield are analyzed. The methods for predicting formation water output while gas drilling and the discriminant value for borehole stability are established. Ground monitoring system is developed. Relevant technical measures are improved. Practical application in the field has achieved good results. It is of great significance to design of gas drilling and application of gas drilling techniques in Daqing Oilfield.
