Drilling technology for fractured volcanic rocks in Ludong area, Junggar Basin

摘要: 针对准噶尔盆地陆东地区石炭系火山岩储层地层压力复杂、井漏严重、二叠系和石炭系岩石强度高、钻速慢,钻探火山岩的储层保护难度大等主要技术难点,从陆东地区地质资料分析、基础理论研究和现场参数统计入手,结合室内实验和模拟数据,并与国内外成熟的钻、完井技术整合配套,开展了地层压力评价与井身结构优化研究,尝试应用防漏堵漏新工艺和新材料,进行PDC钻头和欠平衡钻井技术现场试验,制定了相应的火山岩储层保护技术措施和低压易漏地层固井工艺方案。通过多项技术攻关和现场试验,取得了可喜的钻探效果,为陆东地区裂缝性火山岩气藏勘探开发提供了技术保障。Abstract: Drilling in Ludong Area taking Carboniferous volcanic rocks as the target has experienced nearly 20 years. Exploration well drilling is met with some technical difficulties, such as complex regional formation pressure and severe lost circulation, high strength of rock and low drilling speed in Permian and Carboniferous systems, and great difficulty in reservoir protection. In this respect, starting from analysis of geological data, fundamental research and local parametric statistics, combined with lab experiment and simulation data, integrated with mature drilling and completion technologies both home and abroad, formation pressure evaluation and casing program optimization are carried out actively. New technology and new materials for leak protection and sealing are used, field experiment on PDC bit and underbalanced drilling technology is conducted. Corresponding volcanic reservoir protection techniques and cementing technology for formations with low pressure and easy lost circulation are formulated. Through multiple research and field test, favorable drilling results are obtained, which provides technical support for exploration and development of fractured volcanic reservoir in Ludong Area.
