油井清蜡降黏与防腐阻垢联作技术

Combined operation of well paraffin removal and viscosity reduction with corrosion and scale inhitition

  • 摘要: 冀中南部部分高含蜡或稠油油藏进入中高含水期后,油井杆、管、泵出现了严重的腐蚀结垢现象。为保证油井正常生产,利用碳氟表面活性剂憎油憎水、超低界面张力的特性,将油井水溶性减阻剂与缓蚀阻垢剂进行联作,得到了适合油井清蜡降黏、防腐防垢的药剂FYR-C02基本配方。现场根据不同油井的实际情况,调整基本配方的组分,在60多口油井上应用后,取得了很好的效果,为油井清蜡降黏与防腐防垢联作提供了技术借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Some oil reservoir with high paraffin and heavey oil in the south of Jizhong region has entered into high water cut period. Oil well rods, pipes, and pumps has been eroded and scaled seriously. To ensure normal well production, fluoronates surfactant is utilized with its oleophobic and hydrophobic characteristics to the combined operation of water-soluble drag reducer with antiscale and corrosion inhibitor. So the basic formula of FYR-C02 suitable for well paraffin removal and viscosity reduction, corrosion and scale inhitition is obtained. According to the actual condition of different wells in the field, the components of the basic formula are adjusted and applied to more than 60 wells. Good results has been achieved and it could be technical reference to combined operation of paraffin removal and viscosity reduction with corrosion and scale inhitition.
