南堡油田深层火成岩天然气藏压裂技术

Gas reservoir fracturing technology of deep-seated igneous rocks in Nanpu Oilfield

  • 摘要: 南堡油田火成岩裂缝性储层地质条件复杂,压裂造缝时易产生多裂缝,液体滤失大、砂堵风险高。通过储层评价、射孔优化、材料优选、管柱优化、泵序调整等措施及采用测试诊断、液体胶塞、砂比测试、粉陶砂塞等工艺,实现了降低施工井口压力、减少液体滤失、沟通远端裂缝的目的。现场实施4口井,最高加砂106 m3,改造取得成功。现场实践表明,裂缝性储层合理控制射孔段长度能有效减少多裂缝;液体胶塞、粉陶段塞、油溶性降滤失剂等措施能大大降低微裂缝内液体滤失。

     

    Abstract: Geologic conditions of fracture type reservoir of igneous rocks are complicated in Nanpu Oilfield. Fracturing operation may lead to multi-fractures, high filtration loss and sand plugging. Through reservoir evaluation, perforation optimization, material selection, pipe string optimization, pump sequence adjustment and other measures, using such technologies as test and diagnosis, liquid rubber plug, proppant concentration test, powder pottery slug, the target of reducing wellhead pressure, decreasing filtration loss, and linking distant fractures. Four wells are fractured successfully. In these wells, the highest concentration of proppant is 106 m3. It is confirmed that reasonably controlling perforation length of fractured reservoir could reduce the problem of multi-fractures effectively, using liquid rubber plug, powder pottery slug, and oil soluble filtrate reducer could reduce fluid loss for microfractures greatly and ensure successful operation.
