Development of new barrel drainage hanger without pipe

  • 摘要: 无管排液是一种新兴的可用于煤层气井、浅层油(气)井、稀油井和不含蜡油井的排采工艺。目前无管排液泵筒悬挂器采用的是机械坐挂方式,坐挂位置只能选在套管接箍间隙处,影响悬挂器坐挂的可靠性和成功率。开发研制了新型无管排液泵筒悬挂器,以液压为动力,坐挂在套管内壁上,坐挂位置范围增大,具有操作简便、性能可靠、成功率高等特点,实验室试验10余次,坐挂成功率100%。

     

    Abstract: Drainage without pipe is a new technology applicable for drainage of coalbed methane wells, shallow oil (gas) wells, light oil wells, and oil wells without wax. Mechanical setting is now adopted by the barrel drainage hanger without pipe, and setting should only be located at casing collar clearance. As a result setting of the packer may get unreliable and even failed. So a new hangering method is needed to resolve the insufficiency of setting performance and quality. The newly developed barrel drainage hanger without pipe is driven by hydraulic pressure, and is set in the casing inner wall. Then the set area is enlarged, and the packer has such features as simple operation, reliable performance, and high successs rate. Through testing in the lab (test wells) for more than ten times, the success rate of setting reaches 100% and the packer is proved to have reliable performance.
