Development and application of GPZK344-98 squeeze-typepacker of high expansion ratio

  • 摘要: K344系列封隔器坐封压力一般在0.8 MPa左右,在下井过程中常发生中途坐封,另外在实施酸化等注入工艺时不能实现正替功能,酸液难以到达地层,为此研制了GPZK344-98封隔器。设计了防中途坐封机构,坐封压力大于10 MPa,确保封隔器下入井内设计位置,同时实现了酸化时的正替功能,提高了措施成功率。现场应用11口井,工艺成功率100%,为套变井、大斜度井的分层酸化提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Setting pressure of systematic K344 packers is about 0.8 MPa,so half-way setting may occur while logging, and positive replacement could not be fulfilled when using injection technogy such as acidizing. As a result acid solution could not reach strata. To solve the problem, GPZK344-98 packer is developed. The mechanism preventing half-way setting is designed, and setting pressure is higher than 10 MPa. So the packer could be set to designed position. Meanwhile, positive replacement could be fulfilled while acidizing, and the successs rate by taking these measures could be increased. The technology has been applied to 11 wells and the successs rate reaches 100%, providing technological support for stratified acidization of casing deformation wells and highly-deviated wells.
