易漏地层的漏失压力分析

  • 摘要: 漏失压力是地层产生漏失现象和分析井漏事故的重要参数,深入研究漏失压力对安全钻井具有重要的意义。通过分析漏失地层的特点,将漏失现象划分为自然漏失和压裂漏失,并定义和阐述了极小漏失压力概念。以此为基础,分析了易漏地层的漏失机理,以及漏失压力和孔隙压力、破裂压力之间的关系。研究发现,当前破裂压力的预测方法基本上是建立在井壁不可渗滤假设和Terzaghi有效应力模型的基础上,这些模型建立的基本条件与易漏失地层的特点不符,其计算结果必然与实际情况存在偏差;其次,易漏地层漏失类型主要是自然漏失现象。因此,钻井工程设计中需要建立适合漏失地层的漏失压力曲线而非破裂压力曲线,并把自然漏失作为主要的预防对象。

     

    Abstract: Leakage pressure is a main factor to induce formation leakage so that it can be utilized as a crucial parameter to analyze the causation of well leakage accidents,and that in-depth investigation on leakage pressure is of vital importance for secure drilling. By analyzing the characteristics of leakage formation,this paper divides the leakage into natural leakage and fractured leakage, and then defines the conception of minimal leakage pressure. Based on these work,the leakage mechanism of fractured formation is investigated,as well as the relationship between the leakage pressure,pore pressure and fracture pressure. Investigation results show that the currently existent prediction method of fracture pressure is established on the foundations of non-filtration borehole wall assumption as well as the Terzaghi effective stress model. These foundations are not consistent with the practical features of thief formation,which would inevitably cause deviation of calculated results with actualization. Besides,natural leakage formation constitutes the majority of formation leakage phenomena. Therefore, it is urgent to build up the leakage pressure curve instead of fractured pressure curve and take precautions against natural leakage.
