  • 摘要: 沉砂封隔器是不可回收封隔器,在套管井常规完井作业中,用于支撑上部防砂管柱,减少管柱承受的轴向应力,并使完井管柱和人工井底分开。在完井作业中若提前坐封,传统的处理方法是套铣打捞。渤海湾锦州9-3E2-7井出现沉砂封隔器提前坐封的事故后,通过精确定位,使用水力割刀切割破坏沉砂封隔器上卡瓦支撑结构,然后用打捞矛打捞出沉砂封隔器。该井的成功经验为以后处理同类事故提供了更加方便简单的方法,节省作业时间,提高了作业效率。

     

    Abstract: In the conventional cased hole completion operations, sump packer is used to support the upper part of sand control string, reduce the axial stress, and separate the well completion string from artificial bottom of well. There is a risk in the course of the operation, because the sump packer is irrecoverable. The traditional approach is to set milling fish once the sump packer was set down advancing in the well completion operations. After the incident of sump packer’s premature setting occurred at Jinzhou 9-3F2-7 well in Bohai Bay,through accurate positioning,hydraulic cutting knife is used to cut and damage the supporting slips,and then the sump packer is fished with trip spear. The successful experience of the well, provide a more convenient and simple way to save time, greatly improving the operating efficiency, for the future handling of similar incidents.
