大丰油区重复压裂技术研究

  • 摘要: 浙江油田大丰油藏初次压裂后产量递减快,需要重复压裂。针对大丰油区产层隔层分界不明显导致的缝高过度增长问题,提出了裂缝系统与井网匹配的压裂思路。通过大量室内优化工作和现场试验,提出了一套适用于该油藏的重复压裂技术体系,包括全面的压前评价、重复压裂优化设计、制定有针对性的重复压裂工艺措施、严格的质量控制以及压后评价等方面的内容。现场实施2口井,日产原油分别由压前的0.02 t和1.0 t增加到5.0 t和4.5 t,含水率也得到了有效的控制,实现了该油藏控水稳油的目标。

     

    Abstract: The oil production of wells in Dafeng Oilfield decreased rapidly after first fracturing, and refracturing were needed. A set of refracturing technology systems had been proposed, including comprehensive evaluation before and after refracturing, refracture optimization, strict quality control and so on. The key was countering the problem that fracture height spread excessively and matching the fractures and well pattern through indoor research and oilfield experiment. Two experiment wells refractured, the oil production of two wells increased from 0.02 t/d and 1.0 t/d to 5.0 t/d and 4.5 t/d respectively, and the cumulative oil production was 134.0 t and 129.5 t in 90 days, the average oil stimulation was 1.46 t/d. the water cut ratio of a well decrease from 98.0% to 80.0%, and the other one keep constant. Oil stabilizing and water control had been realized, the refracturing level was improved, and considerable economic benefits were achieved.
