Study on the sucker rod pump for the separate zone artificial lift production technology

  • 摘要: 新疆陆梁油田纵向发育油层较多,受油层物性、压力差异等影响,层间干扰严重。为进一步提高油层的动用程度,避免多层合采层间干扰,研制成功分层举升泵系列。设计出分层举升管柱、配套清防蜡工艺及分层计量地面工艺流程。现场试验20井次,累计增产原油3.2×104 t,检泵周期达到1年以上,为多层系油藏充分挖掘低压低含水油层的生产潜力提供了有效的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: More oil layers developed vertically in Luliang Oilfield, and interlayer interference is more serious, which is affected by oil layer physical property and pressure difference. To further enhance oil recovery and avoid interlayer interference, pump series are developed for separate zone production. Strings for separate zone production, the paraffin removal process and the gauging procedure of are designed successfully. The new technology has been improved continuously and has been used to 20 wells for field test. The oil production increases by 3.2×104 t, and the cycle time of pump inspection is prolonged for more than one year. This technology provides an effective method for the production enhancement of low pressure and low water cut oil layers in the multilayered reservoir.
