Application of organic salt drilling fluid to BHW01 well

  • 摘要: BHW01井区地质情况复杂,易出现窜漏和散塌等复杂事故。经室内实验和配方优选,形成了有机盐钻井液体系配方。现场应用表明,该体系钻井液固相容量高,抑制性好,防塌能力强,在高密度情况下,流变性良好,易于维护调整,为三台油田水平井的钻井以及高密度下水平井的钻井液技术积累了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complicated geologic conditions and incidents which might occur at BHW01 well, such as channeling and leakage, the organic salt drilling fluid system formula is developed, through indoor experiments and formula optimization. Field application shows that the drilling fluid system features in high solid-phase capacity, good inhibition, and strong anti-collapse capability, as well as better rheological property in the case of high density, which makes it easier to be maintained and adjusted. This could be valuable reference to the drilling of horizontal wells in Santai Oilfield and high density drilling fluid technology of horizontal wells. Besides, underbalanced drilling is fulfilled at the third-spud horizontal segment of BHW01 well.
