浅层低温油藏清洁型压裂液的研究与应用

Research on clean fracturing fluid and its application to shallow low-temperature oil reservoir

  • 摘要: 根据河南油田南部陡坡带低温、低渗油藏对压裂液的基本要求,通过室内实验筛选了IBF阴离子黏弹性表面活性剂作为清洁压裂液主剂。阴离子表面活性剂的使用,将使阳离子表面活性剂体系对砂岩地层的孔隙吼道尺寸的减小及岩石的表面润湿反转得到彻底解决,实现了真正的无伤害性能。同时该压裂液具有低黏高弹、低摩阻、携砂能力强、不用加破胶剂和良好的表面活性。在现场应用中配套实施了变浓度一次交联压裂液施工技术,节约了施工成本。该技术现场实施16井次,成功率100%,有效率100%,累计增油9373 t,取得了良好的增产效果,为该区块的开发提供了有力的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: According to the basic requirements of low-temperature and low-permeability reservoir in the southern steep slope of Henan Oilfield on the fracturing fluid, IBF anionic viscoelastic surfactant is selected as the master agent for making clean fracturing fluid through indoor experiments. The throat size of the anionic viscoelastic surfactant to the sandstones can be reduced and the problem of rock surface wettability reversal can be solved completely, by using the anionic viscoelastic surfactant. So the no-damage performance of the fracturing fluid is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the fracturing fluid features in low viscosity and high elasticity, low friction, strong sand-carrying capability, no use of gel breaker, and favorable surface activity. The one-off cross-linked fracturing technology with variable concentrations is used, and the cost is saved a lot. It has been used in 16 wells, with the success rate and efficiency reaching 100%. Accumulatively the output of oil is increased by 9,373 tons. The application of the technology provides solid technological basis for the development of the block.
