赵凹油田地应力分布与套管损坏关系研究

The study on the relationship between crustal stress distribution and casing failure in Zhaoao oilfield

  • 摘要: 复杂的地应力条件是导致套管损坏的根本诱因之一。研究不同区域套损的主导因素,可以从设计施工方面采取措施防范于未然。应用有限元数值模拟的方法,建立了赵凹油田三维地应力模型,得到了与真实应力场最为接近的地应力空间分布,确立了地应力分布与套损的关系。研究结果表明,套损井分布在鼻状构造的“鼻梁”上,而且是在地应力从高变低的“台阶”上。为赵凹油田套损的防治提供了理论支持。

     

    Abstract: One of original reasons for casing failure is the complicated crustal stress distribution. The study of the primary reason for casing failure in different areas is necessary for casing failure precaution at designing stage. The 3-D crustal stress model for Zhaoao oilfield was built up on base of the finite element numerical simulation. The crustal stress spatial distribution was obtained which is close to real stress field. The relationship between crustal stress distribution and casing failure was built up, and the result shows that the wells with casing failure occurred are located on the bridge of nose-like structure and they are also on the ‘steps’ from up side down. This provides precaution measures of casing failure in Zhaoao Oil Field with theoretical support.
