  • 摘要: 智能完井技术近几年来发展迅速,国外已?形成了比较系统的智能完井技术,国内在这方面的研究相对较少,而采用智能完井的智能油田是未来的发展方向,因此加强此方面的研究工作已?非常必要。通过对国外智能完井技术的研究分析, 得出智能完井系统的关键技术包括井下生产流体控制,信息采集,数据传输,地面数据采集、分析和反馈系统4部分,其中井下生产流体控制是智能完井关键技术中最重要的一部分,国内应该首先对这方面展开研究。另外,智能完井技术牵涉面广,涉及到机械、电子、通信、软件等多方面的内容,是一个系统的工程,因此要分系统、分专业针对其内容来联合开发,从而为实现智能化油气田奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent completion technique has developed very fast in the past few years, and the systematic intelligent completion technique was built up in other countries, so it is necessary to enhance the research on this technique. According to the research and analysis of foreign intelligent completion technique, the critical techniques of intelligent completion system include four parts which are downhole produced fluid control, information collection, data transmission and surface data collection, analysis and reaction. The most important one in the four critical techniques is the control of downhole produced fluid, we should start the research on this first. In addition, intelligent completion technique has a wide associated range, include mechanics, electronic, communication, software and other aspects, so it is a systematic project and should be divided into different systems and carry on research separately to build up the basis for achieving intelligent oil field.
