分层地应力方法在薄互层低渗油藏大型压裂设计中的应用

Application of stratified stress method in massive hydraulic fracturing design

  • 摘要: 对薄互低渗油藏实施水力压裂改造时?常出现缝高难以控制、滤失过大、压后效果差等问题。针对薄互低渗油藏特有的地质特点,根据三维分层地应力方法?理利用声波、密度等常规测井资料获取了薄互低渗油藏地应力及裂缝连续分布剖面。用数值方法研究了此类油藏压裂过程中地应力及天然裂缝分布特征对压裂缝形态的影响规律,结果发现地应力及天然裂缝对压裂缝的高度、长度及宽度都具有直接控制作用,基于此提出了突出地应力和裂缝作用的薄互低渗油藏大型压裂设计方法。对胜利油田某油区C1井的实际资料进行研究分析,并据此实施了大型压裂设计,效果较好。

     

    Abstract: The implementation of hydraulic fracturing in low permeability and thin interbed reservoir is often confronted with difficult control of the fracture height, excessive leak-off and poor fracturing effect. Considering the unique geological features of low permeability and thin interbed reservoir, the conventional logging data are used to obtain successive profiles of stresses and fractures based on the 3-D stratified stress method in this paper. How stresses and intrinsic fractures affect the hydraulic fracturing is investigated. It is found that they have a direct control of height, length and width of the induced fractures. Finally a method of massive hydraulic fracturing (MHF) design in low permeability and thin interbed reservoir highlighting the effect of the reservoir stresses and fractures is proposed. A fracturing design is carried out using the actual data of C1 well in Shengli Oilfield, and preferable results are obtained.
