调整型水基清洁压裂液室内研究

  • 摘要: 针对现行清洁压裂液抗高温性能较差和使用成本较高的缺点,研究了以CTAB为主剂,复配温度控制剂Na2S2O3和黏土稳定剂KCl的调整型水基清洁压裂液。通过室内实验测试了调整型水基清洁压裂液的性能,结果表明:调整型水基清洁压裂液比现行的清洁压裂液具有更好的抗剪切性能和抗温性能,在85 ℃以下的碱性环境中性能稳定且具有良好的携砂性能。调整型清洁压裂液与柴油或?油接触可在2 h内自动破胶,破胶后无残渣,破胶残液与地层水和原油配伍性良好。

     

    Abstract: To avoid the defect of current clear fracturing fluid such as poor property at high temperature and high cost of application, an improved water-based clear fracturing fluid is developed, which consist of main agent CTAB, temperature control agent Na2S2O3, clay inhibitor KCl. The performance is tested through laboratory experiments. Results show that the shear and high temperature resistance of the improved clear fracturing fluid are better. It also has high proppant-carrying capacity in the alkali environment blow 85 ℃, when it contacts with diesel oil or crude oil, it can gelout in two hours without residue left. The break raffinate is compatible with the formation water and crud oil.
