Research and application of fracture techniques in micro-fractures developed reservoirs

  • 摘要: 中原油田断块多,一些区块地层微裂缝发育,使压裂设计、现场实施更为复杂。对微裂缝发育地层采用常规压裂技术,常常会出现早期脱砂,达不到预期的增产目的。通过优选低伤害压裂液体系,筛选高效降滤失剂及采取合理的降滤措施,有效地控制了压裂液滤失。应用三维软件模拟计算来确定合理的设计参数,通过压裂诊断识别及时调整施工参数,提高了微裂缝发育区块的整体成功率和有效率。现场实践20井次,施工成功率100%,有效率100%,经济社会效益显著。

     

    Abstract: There are lots of fault blocks in Zhongyuan Oilfield and micro-fractures developed in some reservoirs, which make fracturing design and operation more difficult. Sanding out earlier will come forth if normal fracture techniques are applied in micro-fractures developed reservoirs and expected goals may not be fulfilled. The whole success ratio and efficiency in micro-fractures developed blocks are increased by selecting low-damage fracturing fluid, choosing high-efficiency fluid loss control agent and adopting reasonable fluid loss control measures, using 3D software to determine rational design parameters, making use of fracturing diagnose method to adjust operation data. The technique has been applied to 20 wells, with the success ratio and efficiency 100%, enormous benefits are fulfilled.
