Drilling technology for Zhuanghai 8Es-H5 extended-reach horizontal well

  • 摘要: 大港油田滩海地区2007年进入实质性开发,受地面条件的限制,为实现滩海油田少井高产、高效开发,采用了人工端岛丛式井为主的海油陆采方式,近两年来打出了诸多高水平的大位移水平井(最高位移垂深比3.92)。文中介绍了ZH8Es-H5大位移水平井实施过程中井身结构和井眼轨迹优化、摩阻扭矩预测与控制、井眼轨迹精确控制、保持井壁稳定及井眼清洁、大井斜长稳斜井段套管下入、环空ECD监测、井眼防碰、优质钻井液应用等多项先进技术或措施,对大位移水平井的设计、施工具有较高的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The beach of Dagang Oilfield has entered into a substantial stage of development since 2007. Being subject to surface conditions, the drilling-cluster-wells-on- artificial- island method is adopted to develop shallow-water oilfield in order to achieve high efficiency exploitation. During the recent two years, a lot of advanced extended -reach horizontal wells have been drilled (the maximum ratio of displacement to vertical depth is 3.92). Taking Zhuanghai 8Es-H5 well as an example, the advanced techniques and measures taken in the planning and drilling phases are introduced in this paper, including optimization of well structure and well path, prediction and control of torque and drag, accurate control of well trajectory, hole stabilizing and cleaning, running casing in long hold section with big inclination, monitoring of ECD (equivalent circulating density) in annulus, hole anti-collision, application of high quality drilling fluid. These techniques offer significant reference for planning and drilling of extended -reach horizontal wells.
