复合射孔与DST联作技术在海上探井测试中的应用

Application of complex perforation and DST combination technology in offshore exploration well testing

  • 摘要: 对于污染带半径大的油气层,在测试中用常规射孔枪射孔无法消除近井污染带的影响,影响了测试资料的质量。通过对射孔器材的改进、复合固体推进剂火药的合理配置和测试管串的优化,将复合射孔枪与DST测试工具联合起来作业,实现一趟管串完成严重污染储层的射孔和测试。复合火药燃烧产生瞬时压力会引起测试管柱剧烈震动,影响封隔器和电子压力温度计的正常工作,为此引进高效减震器,并对复合火药用量进行了安全设计。在海上油田进行了3口探井的测试使用,结果表明,该技术安全可靠、效果良好,表征污染影响的表皮系数小于或接近于0,有效地消除或减少了污染带对测试资料的影响,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The conventional perforating gun can not reduce pollution near the well-bore in well testing for some large pollution scale oil and gas zone.By improving the casing perforation equipment and optimizing testing string,the complex perforation gun and DST tools are combined to work.The compounded gunpowder was burned to create an instantaneous pressure which intensely shocked the testing string greatly and affected the normal working of packer and electronic pressure and temperature gauge.The introduction of high efficiency absorber were thus introduced and compounded gunpowder safely designed in testing operation with exploration wells in three offshore oilfields.Results indicate a safe and reliable result of an around 0 skin factor.This kind of technique can significantly reduce the pollution impact to test data and hence has a bright future.
