海上自升式钻井平台探井井口稳定性分析

  • 摘要: 在海洋探井作业过程中,通常采用独立的井口支撑装置,为达到井控安全及进一步增加钻探深度,很有必要对探井井口系统进行稳定性分析。对海洋石油自升式钻井平台探井井口系统稳定性研究进行了介绍,通过对井口配重、常规井身结构、井口套管头、海上隔水导管、泥线悬挂流及井口悬吊系统等配套设备技术和操作要点的分析研究,得出了确保井口支撑系统稳定应采取的措施。通过现场实例分析,可为今后的勘探钻井作业提供相关的技术指导,达到更高的安全效果和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In operation progress of offshore exploratory well,independent wellhead brace device is used.In order to reach well control safety and increase drilling depth further,wellhead system stability of exploratory well is analyzed.In this paper,research on wellhead system stability of offshore oil self-elevating drilling platform exploratory well is introduced,the matching equipment technology and operation points such as wellhead casing head,offshore water isolation tube,mudline suspension flow,wellhead suspension system,and so on are analyzed and researched by wellhead counterbalance and conventional well structure,and measures taken to ensure wellhead support flow stable are found.By field example analysis,the relevant technical guidance will be provided for exploration drilling operation in future to reach higher safety effects and economic benefit.
