吉林油田长深5井抗高温胶乳水泥浆固井技术

Cementing technology of anti-high temperature latex cement slurry for Changshen 5 well in Jilin oilfield

  • 摘要: 长深5井是吉林油田最深的一口天然气预探井,完钻井深5321 m,静止温度180℃,生产套管固井存在着井深、温度高、全封温差大和酸性气体腐蚀等技术难点,固井需要采取防漏、防窜和防腐技术措施。为了确保该井固井质量,进行了技术难点分析,研究开发了抗高温前置液和胶乳水泥浆体系。通过热稳定性、稠化时间、强度发展、高温失水、中停模拟等一系列室内实验研究和固井工艺参数优化设计,全部采用国产油井水泥、外掺料和外加剂成功完成了长深5井生产套管固井施工作业。外加剂成本仅相当于进口产品的三分之一,固井质量合格段100%,优质段96.46%,为松辽盆地深层高温天然气井固井技术国产化提供了可靠途径。

     

    Abstract: Changshen 5 well is the deepest natural gas wildcat well in Jilin oilfield,which is with 5321 m well depth and 180℃ static temperature.For technical difficulties in production casing cementing such as high temperature,deep well,large temperature difference of whole seal,sour gas corrosion,and so on,technical measurements such as leaking proof,channeling prevention and anti-corrosion are needed to consider in cementing.In order to ensure cementing quality of the well,analysis on technical difficulties is done,and anti-high temperature pad fluid and latex cement slurry system is developed.Production casing cementing construction operation of Changshen 5 well is accomplished successfully using domestic oil well cement,admixture and additive completely in terms of optimization design of cementing technology parameter and a series of laboratory researches such as thermal stability,thickening time,strength development,water loss at high temperature,medium stop simulation,and so on.Although additive cost is equivalent to one third of imported products,the cementing has 100% qualified segment and 96.46% high quality segment,which provides reliable approach for cementing technology of high temperature and deep layer natural gas well nationalization in Songliao basin.
