Screening of surfactant without alkali for oil recovery of combination flooding

  • 摘要: 无碱表面活性剂/聚合物二元复合驱油体系能与原油形成低的界面张力,而且由于配方中没有了碱,解决了设备腐蚀和乳化等问题,减小了采出液地面处理的难度。通过室内实验优选出二元复合体系的配方,并对该配方与试验区块油水条件的配伍性、黏度稳定性、热稳定性、抗盐性能、抗硬水性能、乳化性能等方面进行了评价,认为该配方各方面的性能均符合要求。并利用该复合体系进行了物理模拟研究,结果表明:洗油效率在采收率中所做的贡献只占复合驱采收率的一部分,而聚合物扩大波及体积对其采收率的贡献占有一定的比例。正是二者的协同作用提高了驱油效率。

     

    Abstract: Low interfacial tension can be formed by surfactant without alkali/polymer oil displacement system and crude oil.Furthermore,problems such as equipments corrosion,emulsion and so on are solved and difficulty in ground processing of produced liquids is decreased for no alkali in formula.By Laboratory,formula of binary complex system is selected preferentially,and some aspects such as compatibility,viscosity stability,thermal stability,salt-resistant property,anti-hard water performance,emulsion property,and so on between the formula and oil-water conditions in experimental area is evaluated and the properties accord with the requirements in various aspects.Meanwhile,physical simulation investigation is done by the combination system.It concludes that contributions of oil washing ratio in recovery efficiency occupy a part of combination flooding recovery efficiency,however,polymer expanding the volume occupies certain proportion in recovery efficiency.In a word,it is coordination of them that enhances oil displacement efficiency.
