  • 摘要: 介绍了新型水力驱动双螺杆泵采油的工作机理,给出液力驱动双螺杆泵举升系统优化设计方法,确立了以油井生产系统为研究对象,以油井产量、泵装置本身的固有特性和整个系统的协调工作为依据,以系统节点分析方法和最优化技术为基础,当泵以最高效率运行时,获得规定产量下的井口动力液压力值最小作为设计目标,即隐含的以整个系统消耗的能量最低为优化设计目标的优化设计原则。给出的计算公式是根据单螺杆式水力机械的基本理论和工作特点,并考虑辽河海上油井的具体情况提出的,因此对这种类型单螺杆泵的设计具有普遍意义,为今后这种类型水力驱动双螺杆泵的设计系列化提供技术支持,同时阐述了样机研制的关键技术及解决方案。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the oil production mechanism of the new-type hydraulic drive double-screw pumps,and the optimum design method for the double-screw pump lift system with hydraulic drive.The optimization design principle is established.According to the principle,the node analysis method and optimization technique are employed to study the oil-well production system based on the oil well production,inherent properties of pump systems,and the coordination of the whole assembly.When pumps operate with the highest efficiency,the energy lost of the whole assembly gets the lowest,that is,the pressure value of wellhead power fluid under prescribed output of a well taken as the design target is the minimum.In accordance with the basic theory and working characteristics of single-screw hydraulic machinery,a calculation formula is figured out by taking the specific conditions of oil wells of Liaohe offshore oilfield into account.It is of universal significance for the design of such single-screw pumps,providing technical support for the systematic design of such hydraulic drive double-screw pumps.What’s more,it discusses the key techniques and solutions to the development of model pumps.
