稠油在不同压差下的流动机理实验研究

Experimental research on flow mechanism of heavy oil under variable pressure differences

  • 摘要: 针对稠油流动的特点,在恒压条件下模拟油藏油水的两相流动,将稠油和地层水同时注入饱和油的人造岩心,观察其流动特性,实验发现产液量受注入压力控制:注入压力梯度增大,产水量迅速增加,产油量变化不大。通过稠油在不同压差下的流动机理实验表明,依靠增加注入压力来提高采收率是不太合适的,应该优化注入压力,以减少不必要的地面建设费用。

     

    Abstract: This paper simulates the oil-water two phase flow in oil reservoirs under constant pressure in accordance with the flow characteristics of heavy oil.It firstly injects heavy oil and formation water into the artificial core of saturated oil at the same time,and then observes the flow characteristics of them.The result shows that liquid production is determined by the injection pressure.That is,the higher the injection pressure gradient gets,the more greatly the water production increases.Oil production,however,has a little change.The experiment shows that it is not appropriate to enhance oil recovery relying on increasing injection pressure.The injection pressure should be optimized to reduce cost on ground construction.
