  • 摘要: 马42平2井是华北石油管理局第1口独立设计、独立施工完成的在?177.8 mm套管内开窗侧钻的小井眼侧钻水平井,目的是开发古潜山地层油气藏。选择在清白口系的长龙山组致密地层(2617 m)下入斜向器,使用铣锥开窗侧钻、侧钻降斜、稳斜、增斜进入潜山地层,在施工中合理选用?152 mm斜向器,配合使用无线随钻测斜仪(MWD)一次坐封成功,优选碎硬质合金作为主切削刃的?154 mmXZ系列铣锥开窗侧钻一次成功。使用无线随钻测斜仪及时准确地掌握了井眼轨迹的变化,配合使用不同规格小井眼导向马达确保侧钻井眼轨迹的控制,提高了井眼剖面符合率和中靶精度,实现了优质、快速、安全钻进。?177.8 mm水平井开窗侧钻技术的成功应用为今后小井眼的开发和应用提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Ma 42 flat 2 well,the first well designed and accomplished independently by Huabei petroleum administration bureau for developing oil and gas reservoir in buried hill formation,is a slim-hole sidetracking horizontal well with window sidetracking in ?177.8 mm casing pipe.Whipstock is put down in dense formation of Changlongshan group in Qingbaikou system,entering buried-hill formation by milling cone window sidetracking,oblique reducing,stabilizing and increasing of sidetracking.?152 mm whipstock is chosen reasonably in construction cooperated with wireless inclinometer,which brings one-time seating and sealing success.Gabby cemented carbide is optimized as milling cone window sidetracking in ?154 mm XZ series of main cutting edge,which brings one-time success.Vibration of hole trajectory is mastered in time by wireless inclinometer and control of sidetracking hole trajectory is ensured by using small hole guiding motor of different specification,which improve the coincidence rate of hole profile and hitting target accuracy and achieve drilling of high quality,high speed and safe.The window sidetracking success of ?177.8 mm horizontal well provides favorable reference and reliable technical guarantee for development and application of small hole in future.
