?60mm液压延时器的研制及应用

Development of ?60 mm hydraulic chronotron and its application to TCP perforation in horizontal wells

  • 摘要: 小井眼水平井长井段一次射孔,易产生瞬间形成的气塞,损伤套管及固井水泥环,同时也可能造成地层大量出砂堵塞井筒,发生枪卡、埋井等事故。为此,研制了?60 mm机械液压延时器,利用液压延时原理,控制各组点火起爆器的起爆时间,设计了不同尺寸的延时销,达到不同的延时时间,分段、分时、间隔引爆射孔枪,分散射孔能量,完善了中、长半径的水平井射孔工艺,解决了长井段水平井TCP射孔存在的问题。介绍了?60 mm液压延时器的结构、工作原理,该仪器的研制成功,为水平井TCP射孔安全提供了重要的保证,经多次现场应用,取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: For single perforation in long-hole sections of horizontal wells with slim holes,it is apt to form the gas pressure plug at the moment of perforation,damage the casing and cement mantle,or cause a lot of sand production from the formation which may plug the well bore and then result in sticking the gun and burying the well.Based on thorough study and field test,the ?60 mm mechanical hydraulic chronotron is developed,and a set of perforation techniques are developed for the horizontal wells with middle or long radius.The chronotron,which has been designed by using the hydraulic delay principle,can control the break time of all groups of detonators,different sizes of delay pins can reach different delay time,the perforating gun is detonated by step,time and interval,and the perforating energy is dispersed.So the above mentioned problems exist in the TCP perforation of long-hole sections of horizontal wells are solved.The hydraulic chronotron provides the important assurance for the safety of TCP perforation in horizontal wells.It has been applied to the field for many times and has obtained good results.
