造纸黑液治理技术在三次采油中资源化利用

Technology to treat black liquor of paper making industry and its utilization in tertiary oil recovery

  • 摘要: 造纸行业是污染大户,因环保治理设施投资大、运行费用高,很多企业采用偷排直排等方式违规生产,对生态环境造成了巨大的直接破坏和潜在的危害。简要分析了造纸黑液的组成,综述了目前国内外造纸黑液治理技术的最新进展,如碱回收同步除硅技术、黑液气化技术、电解制氢技术和膜分离技术,同时综述了造纸黑液在三次采油中的资源化利用前景,重点介绍了造纸黑液在稠油油田、低渗和特低渗油田及裂缝发育油田的资源化利用情况,探讨了造纸黑液在三次采油中的资源化利用研究新思路,指出可依据造纸黑液的特点,研制具有综合作用的多功能自适应型油田化学剂。

     

    Abstract: Paper making industry is a heavy pollution industry.Since the investment for environmental control facilities is large and the running cost is high,so a large number of enterprises stealthily or brazenly discharge waste materials to produce,which brings enormous direct destruction and potential damage to the ecological environment.This paper briefly discusses the composition of the paper making black liquor,summarizing the latest progress of the technology to treat it both in China and abroad,such as the technology of alkali recovery while removing silicon,the black liquor gasification technology,the hydrogen production technology through electrolysis,and the membrane separation technology.Meanwhile,it sums up the prospect of utilizing of black liquor in tertiary oil recovery,laying emphasis on introducing the utilization of paper making black liquor in heavy oil fields,low permeability and ultra-low permeability oilfields,and fracture development oilfields.What’s more,this paper discusses the new thought of utilizing black liquor in tertiary oil recovery,pointing out that more comprehensive,functional,and self-adaptive oil field chemicals will be developed based on analyzing the characteristics of black liquor.
