羊一断块大斜度井举升工艺配套技术

Systematic raising technologies of highly-deviated wells in Yang1 fault block

  • 摘要: 羊一断块属典型的疏松砂岩稠油底水油藏,由于地处羊三木村内,地面情况复杂,新井造斜点浅、斜度大。复杂的井身结构与油藏油稠、易出砂、底水锥进速度快的特点交织在一起,给举升工艺的配套工作带来一定难度。为了实现羊三木油田大斜度井的正常生产,在对羊三木油田油藏和井身结构分析的基础上,采取优选举升工艺方式、优化杆、管柱设计、优选工作制度、合理控制生产压差等综合配套技术,使免修期保持在较长的时间,取得了比较好的生产效果。为今后类似井的配套开发提供了经验,对提高大港油田防偏磨技术的发展起到了一定的推动作用。

     

    Abstract: The first fault block of Yangsanmu Oilfield is typical heavy oil reservoir of unconsolidated sandstone and with bottom water.Located at Yangsanmu Village,the block features in complicated surface conditions,shallow kick-off points and high deviation of new wells.It is difficult to work to match raising technologies due to the complex well structure,easily sanding production,and high speed of bottom-water coning.In order to realize the normal production of highly-deviated wells of Yangsanmu Oilfield,such systematic techniques as selecting raising technologies,optimizing rods,designing pipe strings,selecting optimum working system,and reasonably controlling pressure differential are applied based on analyzing the oil reservoirs and wellbore structures of the oilfield.This is favorable for prolonging the maintenance-period and has brought good production results.It provides good experience for systematic development of other wells and enhances the development of anti-eccentric friction technologies.
