井下套管磨损深度及剩余强度分析

Analysis on wear depth and residual strength of downhole casing

  • 摘要: 为了了解井下套管磨损深度及剩余强度,为后续钻进及试采作业提供依据,文中从方便、实用的角度出发,根据国内油田钻井井史所能提供的数据,用磨损效率模型分析了套管月牙形磨损的磨损深度;给出了井下套管磨损深度的计算方法和计算公式。用弹性力学中的双极坐标法将偏心磨损套管强度计算这一具有2个非同心圆边界的问题转变为轴对称同心圆问题,从而便于解析分析;经过推导,得到在内外压作用下磨损套管内的环向应力表达式,以磨损套管最薄处内壁环向应力达到管材屈服极限为判断条件,得到磨损套管剩余抗挤强度和剩余抗内压强度。上述磨损深度、剩余强度计算方法在羊塔8井、牧7井等深度在5000 m以上的重点探井中得到了实际应用,为安全试油提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the wear depth and residual strength of downhole casing,the author in this paper,based on the data obtained from the drilling history of oilfields in China,uses the wear efficiency model to analyze the depth of crescent wear of casing,and presents the approach and formula for calculating the wear depth of downhole casing,laying a basis for subsequent drilling and production test.With the bipolar coordinate approach in elasticity mechanics,this paper converts the calculation of off-worn casing strength featuring in two non concentric boundaries into an axisymmetric concentric issue,which is easier to be analyzed.The circular stress expression of wearing casing under internal and external pressures is obtained after the deductions.Judged by whether the stresses of inner wall of the thinnest part of wearing casing reach the ultimate yield of pipes,the residual collapse strength and residual strength resisting inner pressure is obtained.The methods mentioned above have been applied to such important exploration wells as Yangta-8 and Mu-7 with depth more than 5000 m,laying a solid basis for safety production test.
