一种钻井液漏失位置测量新方法

New approach to detecting lost drilling fluid

  • 摘要: 井漏是钻井工程中常见的复杂事故,井漏的发生严重阻碍了油田安全生产进程,增加了生产成本。进行了井漏过程分析,建立了井漏实验模拟装置,结合该装置,设计了热量发生与控制装置,并研制了一套数据采集与处理系统,通过模拟实验研究了井漏发生时流体携热特征,根据这些特征研制出了一套全新的漏层位置测定仪。该仪器可以在不起钻柱情况下下入钻柱,由地面控制井下加热源,实施井筒内部加热,通过测量钻杆壁温度变化情况,分析环空流体状态,确定该测点是否发生漏失;通过改变仪器下入深度,经多点测量,最终确定漏层位置。该方法测量准确,仪器体积小,下入方便,能为安全钻井提供可靠的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Well loss is usually seen in drilling operation.It delays the safe drilling process and costs too much.With the analysis of well loss,the simulation apparatus is built up and heat generating and controlling equipment is designed.A set of data acquisition and processing system is developed as well.With all the equipment,the thermal characteristics of the flow during well loss are investigated.After the experiment,a new device of detecting the well leaking interval is developed.It can be used without tripping out the drilling stem and can heat the drilling stem with the control signal on the land.It can measure the temperature data and compare them before heating and after heating,determining the flow mode in the annular through the deference of temperature data.The well leaking interval can be found by changing the depth of the device.The new approach is accurate and the new device is small,which can provide a technical support for safe drilling.
