基于酸性表面活性剂的油井解堵工艺

Plug removal technology of oil wells based on acid surfactants

  • 摘要: 为解决油井在检泵作业时应用CaCl2或CaBr2水溶液压井后,产量"失稳"、供液不足及油井污染问题,以非离子聚醚型表面活性剂为主体,与阴离子及两性离子表面活性剂等多种助剂复配,研制出了FRY-Ⅱ表面活性剂,在酸性条件下形成酸性表面活性剂,能够清除地层的碱敏、水敏效应。在油井解堵中应用,取得了较好的经济效益,具有较大的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the nonionic polyether surfactant and its combination with anionic and zwitterionic surfactants,the FRY-II surfactant is developed to deal with the pollution of oil wells with unstable production and insufficient feed flow after being controlled by CaCl2 and CaBr2 solutions during pump detection and workover.In acid medium,the surfactant will develop into acid surfactant to eliminate alkali sensitivity and water sensitivity of the formation.It has been applied to plug removal of oil wells and better economic benefit has been obtained.The new surfactant has better application value.
