多源油田注水系统运行调度优化

Optimal operation of oilfield water injection systems with multi-sources

  • 摘要: 大庆油田注水系统一般是由多个注水站相互连通共同组成的十分复杂的压力系统,目前该系统普遍存在注水效率较低、能耗较高的问题,进行系统的运行调度优化是解决该问题的一项重要技术途径。以注水能耗最小为目标函数,水力平衡约束、注水量约束、注水压力约束等为条件,建立了注水泵排量优化和开停方案优化2个问题的数学模型,分别采用惩罚函数法和混合遗传算法进行求解,编制成相应的注水系统运行优化调度软件,在实际应用中取得了降低注水单耗0.32 kW.h/m3,节约耗电量2.32×104 kW.h/d的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The water injection system of Daqing Oilfield is a complicated pressure system that is made up of several water-injection stations linked up with each other.At present,the system has problems of lower operation efficiency and higher energy consumption loss.It is an important technical measure to solve this problem by carrying out optimal operation of water injection systems.With the minimum injection energy consumption as the objective function,the hydraulic equilibrium of the system,injection rate and injection pressure as the constrained conditions,both displacement optimization model and starting-stopping scheme optimization model of water injection pumps are constructed,which are solved with penalty function method and hybrid genetic algorithm individually.Relevant optimal operation software for the water injection system has been developed.The economic benefits of cutting down the specific energy consumption for water injection system by 0.32 kW·h/m3 and saving the electricity consumption by 2.32×104 kW·h/d are gained in real application.
