井下油水分离系统设计及参数敏感性分析

Design method and parameters sensitivity analysis of downhole oil water separation system

  • 摘要: 井下油水分离技术选井条件苛刻,系统设计复杂,在应用过程中受到很大限制。针对井下油水分离系统的设计方法展开研究,介绍了该系统的工作原理和系统构成,在分析各子系统流动规律以及子系统间协调规律的基础上,采用节点分析方法,建立了电潜泵井下油水分离系统的设计模型并给出了计算实例。对主要影响参数进行敏感性分析,结果表明,旋流分离器起到分配能量的作用,是系统协调工作的核心,同时地层产液量、注水启动压力、吸水指数对设计结果有较大的影响。该模型的建立为井下油水分离技术的现场实施提供了可靠的设计依据。

     

    Abstract: The application of downhole oil water separation technology is restricted by the complicated design system and rigorous requirements for candidate wells.The design method of downhole oil water separation system is investigated in this paper.The structure and principle of the system is introduced firstly,and the flow behavior in the subsystem and the coupling between them are studied before a system designing model is developed using the node analysis method.An example is also presented in this paper.The sensitivity of parameters are analyzed,and results show that the hydrocyclone,acting as an energy divider,is the core of downhole oil water separation system,and the production of oil formation as well as the injectivity of injection zone have great impact on the designing result.The model provides reliable basis for the field application of the downhole oil water separation technology,and it is significant to the application of the technology.
