套变井封隔作业技术

Packing technology for casing deformation wells

  • 摘要: 针对套变老井的井下封隔作业难题,设计开发了能够穿过上部套管变形井筒,而对下部较大尺寸的井筒进行封隔的大膨胀比系列井下作业封隔器,并形成了一套套变井封隔作业技术,解决了由于上层套管变形造成作业管串无法下入条件下对指定的下部较大尺寸的井筒进行封隔作业难题,从而能够完成对油层酸化、测试、卡水、堵水、分层开采等改造作业,使套变严重井的井下作业成为可能,充分发挥了老井潜能,对油田后期开发具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficult downhole packing of old casing deformation wells,series of packers with large expansion ratio used for downhole operation are developed to drill through the upper casing deformation shaft,as well as to pack the bottom shaft of larger size.Also a set of packing technologies for casing deformation wells are developed.Then the modification in acid treatment,testing,water sticking,water blocking,and separate zone production of oil reservoirs is realized.Therefore,the technological difficulties in packing the assigned bottom shaft with larger size are solved,although it is incapable of lowering the operation string caused by the upper casing deformation.So it is possible to carry out downhole operation in the casing wells of serious deformation.The potential of old wells is brought into full play.This is of great significance to the late stage of oilfield development.
