深水钻井液举升钻井技术的水力学计算

Hydraulic calculation of deepwater subsea mudlift drilling

  • 摘要: 为解决深水钻井过程中遇到的一系列问题,石油工业界提出了海底钻井液举升钻井(SMD)技术,由于该技术是用于深水和超深水钻井的新技术,迫切需要新的水力学计算方法和理论。海底钻井液举升技术采用相对较小的回流管线从海底回输钻井液,而隔水管内充满海水,在回流环路中形成两个压力梯度。根据海底钻井液举升钻井技术的使用环境及特点,推导了海底钻井液举升钻井系统的水力学计算公式,并编制水力学计算程序,依据算例对该系统的特点进行了分析,为深水钻井操作提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems occurr while drilling ultra deepwater,a new subsea mudlift drilling(SMD) technology is proposed by the oil industry.As a new technology used for deepwater and ultra deepwater drilling,the SMD technology demands for update hydraulic calculation methods and theories.Smaller reflux pipelines are used to transport drilling fluid back from the seabed,while risers are full of seawater.As a result,two pressure gradients develop in the backwatering circuit loop.According to the service conditions and characteristics of the SMD technology,a hydraulic calculation formula is deduced,as well as a hydraulic calculation program is established.The characteristics of the SMD system are analyzed based on the calculation examples,laying a theoretical basis for deepwater drilling operation.
