水平井采油配套技术研究与应用

Study on horizontal well matching technology for oil recovery and its application

  • 摘要: 近年来冀东油田开始应用水平井开发浅层断块油藏,由于生产井段较长且水平、地层疏松、造斜点较高、采液量大,为使其能够顺利投产和正常生产,需要解决防砂、举升、卡封、作业等方面难题。首先研究了水平井的防砂管挡砂技术及防砂管的液压安全打捞技术,同时为避免后期防砂施工井筒内留管柱,研究水平井和侧钻水平井防砂管完井技术,使防砂问题在完井阶段得到解决。其次研究了水平井直井段特种泵大排量采油技术及大斜度井段抽油杆自磨式扶正技术。另外按水平段液压操作方式和分段安全打捞思路研究了单卡、双卡及耐液压安全接头辅助技术,解决了疏松砂岩水平井段的各种卡封和安全打捞问题。这些技术在冀东油田水平井上试验成功并大规模推广应用,效果显著。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,horizontal wells are applied to develop shallow fault reservoirs in Jidong Oilfield.The pay zone of the oilfield features in great horizontal length,unconsolidated formations,high hole deviation angle,and high liquid withdrawal rate.So the problems of sand control,lifting,sealing,and operating need to be solved to enable the oilfield to be put into operation successfully.This paper firstly researches the sand control technology and the hydraulic safety salvaging technology of sand control tubes in horizontal wells,as well as the completion technology of sand control tubes in horizontal wells and sidetracking horizontal wells,which tackles the problem of sand control during well completion.Secondly,it researches the production technology using special suck rod pump with high displacement applied to the vertical part of horizontal wells,and the autonomous grinding inclination correcting technology applied to the highly deviated part.Furthermore,it based on the hydraulic operation mode in horizontal sections and the safely salvaging mode in different sections,analyzes the assisted technology with single block,double blocks,and safety joints resistant to hydraulic pressure and solves varieties of sealing and salvaging problems in the horizontal wells of unconsolidated sandstones.These technologies have been successfully tested in the horizontal wells of Jidong Oilfield and have been widely applied and achieved remarkable results.
