临东区块抽油机工况与油井耗能分析

Analysis on work conditions and energy dissipation of beam pumping units

  • 摘要: 国内油田抽油机井占生产井总数的95%以上,如何选用才能更省电成为普遍关注的问题。通过临盘油田临东区块500余口油井抽油机机型、负载率、平衡率和所选配电机功率大小的调查,理论分析抽油机负载率与耗能关系,对不同工况下抽油机耗能进行了室内和现场试验。结果表明,在负载相当的情况下,皮带机和双驴头机比普通游梁抽油机节能;当电机负载率低于20%时,随负载率的提高,电机运行效率上升幅度较大,当电机负载率高于20%时,随负载率的提高,电机运行效率上升缓慢,确定20%为抽油机电机经济运行负载率;相同冲程下,泵径最大化与冲次最小化定量规律还有待进一步探讨。该研究对优化生产参数具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The wells produced by using beam pumping units occupy more than 95% of total production wells.The oilfield production generally cares bout how to select beam pumping unit to save power.The author in this paper conducts laboratory or field experiments on the energy dissipation of the beam pumping units under various working conditions based on surveying the types,burden ratio,balance ratio,and power level of electric motor of the beam pumping units of more than 500 wells in Lindong district of Linpan Oilfield and theoretically analyzing the relationship between burden ratio and energy dissipation of the beam pumping units.The research results show that the conveyer belt and the double horse-head pumping unit will save more energy than the ordinary beam pumping unit under the same loading.When the loading on pumping units is less than 20%,the efficiency of them will increase dramatically as the loading increases,while it will increase slowly if the loading on the pumping units is more than 20%.So the loading on the pumping units is determined as 20% for economic operation.Furthermore,the quantitative rule of the maximum pump diameter and the minimum pumping speed under the same pumping stroke needs for further research.The research will be helpful to optimize the operation parameters.
