封堵成膜钻井液技术在昆2井的应用

Application of plugging and film forming drilling fluid technology in Kun-2 well

  • 摘要: 柴达木盆地昆特依凹陷构造油藏埋藏深,地质结构复杂,为解决该区域"喷、漏、塌、缩、卡"高危地层的安全、优快钻井技术难题,在理想充填理论、成膜理论、超低渗透钻井液理论的基础上,研制出了封堵成膜钻井液。通过砂床浸入深度试验、膜结构密封性能试验、承压与滤失试验、渗透率恢复试验、回收率试验,对钻井液性能进行了综合测试,并针对昆2井的地层孔隙度、渗透率、岩性、井底温度及开钻顺序,对钻井液配方进行了优化。应用结果表明:封堵成膜钻井液具有优良的井壁稳定作用,首次在昆特依构造上实现了零复杂、零事故钻井,提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,顺利完成了钻探任务。

     

    Abstract: Kunteyi depression of Qaidam Basin features in deeply buried oil reservoir and complex geologic structure.To realize safe,optimum and fast drilling in this high risk formation,plugging and film forming drilling fluid is developed on the theories of ideal packing,filming forming,and ultra-low permeability drilling fluid.Experiments of submerging depth of sand bed,sealing properties of membrane structure,pressure and filtration,and permeability recovery are conducted to test the properties of the drilling fluid.In addition,drilling fluid formulation is selected in accordance with the porosity,permeability,lithology,bottomhole temperature,drilling procedure of Kun-2 well.Application shows that this kind of drilling fluid has excellent wellbore stability and enables Kunteyi formation to realize no accidents,increase drilling speed,shorten drilling cycle,and successfully complete drilling tasks.
