泡沫改善间歇蒸汽驱开发效果

  • 摘要: 间歇蒸汽驱是提高稠油热采区块采收率的有效方式,伴随着汽驱轮次的增加,注汽井同生产井之间出现严重汽窜,导致生产效果急剧变差,为此,进行了高温泡沫封堵蒸汽汽窜提高蒸汽驱采出程度研究。利用蒸汽驱物理模拟装置、高温界面张力仪对适用于不同温度的泡沫剂驱替性能、界面张力进行评价,确定不同泡沫剂最佳作用温度;对现场注入气液比、注入方式进行优化研究,确定现场施工方式。研究表明,FCYL和FCYH组合注入效果优于单注一种泡沫剂,伴蒸汽注入氮气泡沫剂后驱替效率提高30个百分点。2004年在胜利油田单56-10-X8间歇蒸汽驱井组实施高温泡沫改善开发效果现场试验,现场应用表明,高温复合泡沫体系可大幅度改善间歇蒸汽驱热采稠油油藏开发效果,是进一步提高稠油热采油藏采收率的有效手段。

     

    Abstract: Intermission steam flood is an effective way to improve the recovery rate of thermal recovery blocks.Along with the increasing turns of steam flooding,severe steam channeling occurs between steam injection wells and production wells,making production performances get worse dramatically.For this reason,this paper conducts the research on plugging off steam channeling by using high temperature foam to enhance recovery degree during steam flooding.Physical simulators and high temperature interfacial tensiometers of steam flooding are utilized to evaluate the displacement performance and surface tension of foaming agent suitable to various temperatures.The most favorable temperature to different kinds of foaming agent is identified.Optimal research is carried out on the field injected gas-liquid ratio and injection way to find out the on-site construction method.It is indicated that the effect of injecting the complex foaming agent of FCYL and FCYH is better than that of injecting the single-pure foaming agent.The displacement efficiency increases by 30 percent after being injected both steam foaming agent and nitrogen foaming agent.The high temperature foam technology is applied to the intermission steam flooding test of the 56-10-X8 single well group of Shengli Oilfield in 2004.On-site application shows that compound high temperature foam systems can be used to improve the development effect of intermission steam flooding in heavy oil reservoir under thermal production and effectively enhance the recovery rate of thermal heavy oil reservoirs.
