地层测试器测试期间仪器的安全问题

Safety study of formation tester while testing

  • 摘要: 体现国内高技术的地层参数测试仪(FCT)研制已经取得重大进展,在钻井中途测试中,泵抽式电缆地层测试器逐渐代替重复式电缆地层测试器,显示出较好的应用前景。为了充分发挥泵抽式地层测试器的优点,需弄清楚在测试期间可能发生的故障。分析了测试期间地层测试器和电缆等遇卡的影响因素、判断方法以及减少遇卡事故的措施等,为使仪器在各种地层和流体条件下都能够安全有效地进行地层压力测试和地层流体取样提供了安全基础。

     

    Abstract: The development of formation tester has made great progress in our country in recent years.Pumping-style formation tester has substituted RFT gradually in drill stem test,which has displayed a brilliant application foreground.To fully exert the advantage of pumping-style formation tester,we should understand the potential accidents while testing.This paper briefly analyze the influence factors、diagnose methods and preventive actions to avoid tool stuck,which provides safety basis for pressure testing and fluid sampling process.
