鱼骨刺井近井地带流动机理实验研究

Experimental research of flow mechanism of near wellbore area of fishbone wells

  • 摘要: 鱼骨刺井作为多分支井的一种特殊井型,在国内外油田得到广泛应用,而鱼骨刺井井身结构的复杂性增加了该种井型产能评价的难度。基于水电相似原理,采用电解模拟实验方法,针对不同类型的鱼骨刺井进行了近井地带流动机理的实验研究,描述了鱼骨刺井近井地带势的分布,并分析了分支数、分支角度以及分支距主井筒跟端相对距离等井眼结构参数对产能的影响。实验结果表明:鱼骨刺井生产时主井筒生产段与分支井眼生产段存在相互干扰现象;在主井筒生产段长度和分支井眼长度给定的情况下,随着分支数的增加,鱼骨刺井的产能随之增加,但是增加的幅度逐步减缓;分支角度从0°变化到90,°鱼骨刺井的产能随之增加,90°时产能达到最大。

     

    Abstract: Fishbone well is a special well type of multiple branches well,which has been widely used in oil industry.The complexity of hole structure of fishbone well increased the difficulty of its deliverability evaluation.Based on the principle of water and electricity similarity,a series of electric analogy experiments were carried out on fishbone wells to study the flow mechanism of near wellbore area.The potential distribution in near wellbore area of fishbone well were described and a detailed study were given on the productivity influential factors of fishbone well,such as the number of branches,the angle between branches and the main-bore,the length of the branches and the distance between branches and main-bore heel.Experiment results show that there is reciprocal interference between branch hole and main hole.Under the fixed length of branch hole and main hole,the productivity of fishbone well will increase with the increase of fishbone well branches,and the productivity of fishbone well will increase while the deviational angel increases from 0 to 90 degree,which will reach maximum when the deviational angel reaches 90 degree.
