抽油井液压补偿泵的研究

  • 摘要: 针对中原油田泵效偏低,尤其是深抽井的低泵效情况提出了以提高泵的充满程度为目的的液压补偿泵课题研究。详细分析了影响泵效的因素,展开了方案设计,经反复论证后选定一种结构方案进行了设计、加工、整改、室内试验及现场试验,完成了液压补偿泵的研制及其锚定技术研究,研制出主要由抽油泵、液压补偿泵、锚定器组成的液压补偿泵采油配套技术。抽油泵液压补偿泵采油技术利用上下冲程过程中油管的自然伸长和缩短,增加补偿泵腔内瞬间压力,强行打开抽油泵固定阀,增加抽油泵充满程度,提高泵效。现场37井次试验数据表明,设计原理新颖,结构合理,与抽油泵同步工作,不需要专门作业,能有效增大普通抽油泵的充满系数,提高泵效。

     

    Abstract: The pump efficiency of some deep pump wells is poor in Zhongyuan Oilfield.To solve the problem,research on hydraulic compensating pump has been carried out,which is aimed at increasing pump volumetric efficiency.By analyzing the affecting factors of pump efficiency,the hydraulic compensating pump and anchoring elements have been developed including conceptual design,lab experiments and field tests.This compensating pump system consists mainly of oil well pump,hydraulic compensating pump and anchoring element.The mechanism of this pumping system is as follows: the energy created by tubing extension and shrinkage during upstroke and down stroke will be applied to increase the instantaneous pressure in hydraulic compensating pump barrel,so that standing valve of oil pump is forced to open and pump volumetric efficiency and pump efficiency will be increased.Field test results show that hydraulic compensating pump can work synchronously with oil well pump without special operation while oil production process.Application of this new mechanical oil recovery system can improve pump volumetric efficiency and increase pumping efficiency.
