微生物驱油注入技术研究与应用

Application of microbial injection for oil recovery enhancement

  • 摘要: 为了解决已处于开发中、后期的大港油田原油上产难的问题,从多种途径开展了三次采油提高采收率攻关研究工作,微生物驱油提高原油采收率是近年来发展很快的技术。基于微生物是有生命的特点,注入工艺显得非常重要。为保证微生物的注入浓度,从注入设备的研制、注入工艺的简化优化、注入工艺方案的设计等方面进行了研究,经7个断块的现场试验,微生物存活率达98.5%以上,提高原油采收率2.7个百分点。应用结果表明,微生物驱油注入工艺具有广阔的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: To solve the oil production increase of Dagang Oilfield,several TOR(tertiary oil recovery) technologies have been studied to improve the oil recovery rate.Microbial enhanced oil recovery is a rapidly developing technology in past several years.Based on the biotic characteristics of microbe,the injection crafts is very important for microbial enhanced oil recovery.To guarantee the injection concentration of microbe,a series of research have been conducted,such as the development of injection appliance,the optimization of injection crafts and the design of injection schemes.The survival rate of microbe reached 98.5% for field experiments at 7 blocks,and the oil recovery rate was increased by 2.7%.The field application shows that there is a brilliant prospect for microbe injection.
