LG植物胶处理剂的研究及应用

Research and application of LG vegetable gum additive

  • 摘要: 利用来源广泛、价格低廉的野生植物胶资源,研制开发出LG植物胶处理剂。介绍了LG植物胶的理化性能,对其在淡水、盐水和复合盐水等钻井液体系中的作用效果进行了试验,通过浸泡试验、页岩膨胀试验和滚动回收试验对其防塌效果进行了评价,并进行了润滑效果、抗温性能评价,从增黏、降滤失和润滑性3个方面分析了LG植物胶的作用机理。结果表明:LG植物胶抑制性强,防塌效果好;4%的LG植物胶能使基浆的润滑系数降低57.9%;能耐100℃的高温。在非开挖和煤田钻探工程中的应用效果表明,LG植物胶处理剂增黏和降滤失效果好,抗盐效果显著,抑制防塌性强,润滑效果好,同时由于它取自野生植物的叶子,持续开发利用前景较好。

     

    Abstract: Using widely distributed and cheap wild vegetable gums,we developed a LG vegetable gum additive.The paper introduced the physical and chemical performance of LG gum and its effects in fresh water,salt water and complex salt water drilling fluid systems first.The results of soak test,shale expansion test and shale’s rolled recovery showed the good rejection capability and anti-collapsing.Result of lubrication test showed that reduced rate of lubrication factor of 4% LG vegetable gum in slurry was 57.9%.It can resist 100℃.Then the active mechanism of viscosifying action,loss control and lubrication of LG gum was elaborated.Finally,the author introduced its application performance in no-dig and coal field drilling engineering.The lab test and field application have shown that LG gum is a good viscosity increaser,fluid loss additive,salt-resisting agent,anti-caving agent and lubricant,also because it comes from the leaves of camphor section plant,it has a promising future.
