CB6D-P3海水水平井钻井液技术

  • 摘要: CB6D-P3井是胜利油田在渤海海域埕北6D区块为开发潜山油藏打的第1口水平井,为满足安全钻井、保护油层和海洋环境的需要,设计了改性天然高分子钻井液体系(水平段前)和海水无固相钻井液体系(水平段),对该钻井液体系的常规性能、抗温性和生物毒性进行了室内评价。室内试验和现场应用表明,改性天然高分子钻井液具有良好的抑制性、润滑性和岩屑携带效果;无固相海水钻井液体系具有抗温、抗盐、稳定性好等特点,满足了携岩要求,具有较好的润滑性能,起下钻顺利,较好地满足了海上水平井的施工要求。目前采用该套钻井液体系已钻完2口水平井,总结积累了一套系统的海上潜山油藏钻水平井的技术资料和施工经验,为今后在该地区大面积推广水平井技术打下了良好的基础。

     

    Abstract: CB6D-P3 well is the first horizontal well drilled in the sea area of CB-6D to explore the buried hill reservoir. In the upper formation, natural-macromolecule polymer drilling fluid was used. In the horizontal formation, the solid free seawater drilling fluid was used. The two drilling fluids met the requirement for safe drilling, reservoir protection and marine environment protection. Laboratory tests and field using show the polymer drilling fluid has good inhibition, good lubrication, and the solid free drilling fluid has good rheology, high tempertature tolerance. And can take the cuttings out good. Now two wells have been drilled using these two fluids.
